President Obama’s campaign headquarters has been on high alert since three men have been charged with planning a terrorist attack. The men were taken into custody last week, accused of making bombs known as Molotov cocktails to blow up the president’ campaign location in Chicago, Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s home. The suspects were apprehended last Wednesday after a raid on an apartment on the city’s South Side. Brian Church, 20, Jared Chase, 24, and Brent Vincent Betterly, 24— were charged with providing material to support terrorism, possession of explosives, and conspiracy to commit terrorism. They are currently being held on $1.5 million bond.

Most recently, a Virginia man was arrested for sending threats to the White House. Oddly enough, he asked the judge to be sentenced to death.
