Bobbi Brown has been charged with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.
Bobbi blew a .12 blood alcohol level after he was busted on Monday afternoon. Both offenses carry a maximum of 6 months in jail and are misdemeanors. Bobby can also be fined a $1000 per offense.
Whitney Houston’s mom say that Bobby Brown’s DUI arrest proves what he has been telling people all along, she’s a bad guy. Cissy Houston wants Bobbi Kristina to hang around, “positive mentors”.
