Supreme Court To Hear Arguments For Police Use Of GPS Tracking

The justices must decide if police should be allowed to use GPS tracking devices to fight crime. As it stands right now, if your car is parked in a public parking lot or along a public road, police can attach the device under your bumper and do so without a warrant or probable cause.
