Super producer Swizz Beatz can breathe just a little easier now that he has reached a settlement for child support for his 3-year-old daughter, Nicole, with Russian singer Zhanna Andrianova.
Zhanna and Swizzy met in a London club back in 2007 and their daughter was born in May of 2008. In 2009, Swizz and Alicia Keys traveled to London to take a paternity test which proved he was the father.
Zhanna and Swizzy have been battling ever since over child support due to delays because Zhanna was unable to obtain a Visa to come to the US for court appearances. She also refused to accept a settlement a year ago. Their child support war as finally ended after settling for an undisclosed, out-of-court agreement.
Beatz also agreed to pay her $42,000 legal fees as part of the settlement, signed by him in July and her in August, and a judge at Manhattan Family Court granted them a money judgment Thursday to pursue payment, which could have resulted in his assets being seized or bank accounts frozen.
