Shaquille O’Neal has reason to celebrate after a judge threw out a case against 7 “gang members” who allegedly kidnapped a man in order to get possession of a sex tape of NBA superstar Shaquille O’Neal.
The alleged victim, Robert Ross, claimed he had possession of a tape of Shaq with multiple women while he was still married to Shaunie O’Neal. Robert is accusing 7 gang members for assault after he was kidnapped at the order of Shaq to get the sex tape from him.
The D.A. stopped the case in the middle of the preliminary hearing stating they no longer had confidence in Ross based on his testimony and his actions outside of court.
The lawyers for the 7 defendants asked the judge to immediately dismiss the case and it was thrown out!
