Ciara recently dished on how she keeps her fabulously fit abs and legs in tip top shape!

Cici says she hits the gym for an hour at least 5-6 times a week. She also watches what she’s putting in her mouth saying, “85 percent of it is what you eat, and 15 percent of it is how you work out.”

She says when she’s training she’ll eat five small meals a day and stays away from salt! She says it’s strict but it works! She also said she does alot of dancing.
