Kanye West‘s brand new “All Of The Lights” video is under fire from Epilepsy Action, a UK based group, who say that the bright, flashy video can cause seizures.  The video was temporarily removed from YouTube, but has since been re-uploaded with a disclaimer at the beginning.

The group sent the video to Cambridge Research Systems who analyzed the clip using the Harding FPA test.  The test analyzes video to determine whether or not it can cause seizures.  The results stated that at the rate at which lights flash throughout the clip, it could definitely cause seizures.

“We have today had confirmation that it contains material that may cause seizures in some people with photosensitive epilepsy,” Epilepsy Action said in a statement.

“Ofcom regulations mean that this video should not be broadcast on UK television,” Epilepsy Action continued. “However, it is available online in a number of places. We are in the process of trying to contact Kanye West’s agent, YouTube and other online sources of the video to ask that they take it down. We have also contacted MTV and other TV stations to make them aware of the issue.”
