I’ve been working on my job for about 3 years and for the past 5 months I’ve come to really hate my job. Since the recession has hit we have been down to the bare minimum of people who can work so that leaves me picking up the majority of the work. I barely get days off, barely get lunch breaks and no one can receive overtime. I’m afraid if I speak up and call HR I might lose my job and I can’t afford to lose my job so I’m asking you for advice as to what I should do?
