B-SOUNDS aka THE ADHD BANDIT!  Born September 13, 1983…from Altavista, VA.  This is the biggest town between Lynchburg and Danville.  If you know where Tennessee is then good, because it’s nowhere near there.  B got involved with the stage early.  B Sounds started hosting talent shows and actings in stage plays from an early age.  After High School he moved on the Virginia State University and got involved early his freshman year.  A proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, B Sounds graduate in 2006 with a degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in television and radio.  B started out at Radio One in May of 2004 and has been one half of the Saturday Night Spin Cycle alongside DJ Peaches for nearly 3 years.  B Sounds lives by his motto ITS GRINDTIME…THE MOVEMENT CONTINUES.
