A judge has issued a gag order on the case where a young female fan claims Big Sean and another young man sexually assaulted her after a concert with Wiz Khalifa in Lewiston, New York. The gag order was issued due to the alleged victim being 17 years old.

Big Sean (born Sean Anderson) was taken into custody with his associate Willie Hansbro and they both were charged with misdemeanor counts of forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment and sex abuse.

They were freed on $500 bail and are due back in court on Oct. 11th.

Big Sean’s lawyer, Scott E. Lemon, seems very confident Sean will beat these charges saying, “Both men were charged with misdemeanors and they both vehemently deny the allegations. I am confident, that after further investigation, both men will be vindicated.”

What do you think? Will Big Sean beat this case?
