Police Arrest Man Who Dangled Child Above Pit Bull
Michael Chavis, Jr. (pictured) was arrested Wednesday morning and stands accused of dangling a 5-year-old child above an “aggressive” chained pit bull last January 15.
According to police, the 22-year-old Lancaster, Pennsylvania resident had become incensed when the child, along with some other neighborhood children, kicked up dirt on his parked vehicle and shouted curse words at him.
