Reality stars Kandi Burruss (“Real Housewives of Atlanta”)  and Toya Wright (“Tiny and Toya”) are about to get a new legion of male fans. Looks like Whitney Houston is reverting back to her cougar ways.  Last night the actress/singer was caught on camera by TMZ having dinner with former boy toy Ray J at Le Petit Four restaurant in West Hollywood.  After their meal, Ray J gallantly opened the passenger side door open for Whitney before driving away.

Michael Chavis, Jr. (pictured) was arrested Wednesday morning and stands accused of dangling a 5-year-old child above an “aggressive” chained pit bull last January 15.
