Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz sat down with Sway from MTV’s ‘RapFix Live’ where he officially announced he has left DTP and signed with Def Jam. He also revealed that he has been working with Kanye West for the last year and the two have new ideas that they plan on releasing real soon.

2 Chainz (who was also know as Tity Boi) was signed to Ludacris’ Disturbing tha Peace record label (via Def Jam) as 1/2 of the rap group Playaz Circle. He’s now signed with Def Jam as a solo artist and is ready to create great music.

“At the end of the day, my new home and where I’ve been comfortable with for a minute, is Def Jam,” 2 Chainz revealed

I was in the Def Jam building yesterday and I will say this, the label is excited to have him there!

Gayle says:

“It’s absolutely not true that she’s the godmother. She’s friends with them, of course, and likes them both very much. She’s working on sending them a baby gift. She hasn’t even had time to send a baby gift because she’s been away. Let me just say, if (that report is) true, it is news to her. It is news to her. You know, she was heading to South Africa when the baby was born.”

In new court papers filed in an emergency motion in a Texas courtroom Pilar claims,

“Since [Deion] filed for divorce on December 21, 2011, he has given [Pilar] $300.00 and offered her money in exchange for sexual favors.”

Pilar wants the judge to make Deion come up off some money ASAP saying,

“The children and I have lived in survival mode for several months, and the emotional toll on all of us is palpable.”

But it gets worse. She also said Deion “engaged in a pattern of systematically removing my belongings from the house and haphazardly throwing them into piles in the garage of the residence.”

So how much does she want? Pilar claims Deion makes more than $1 million per year, so she wants a cut of that.

Deion claims these allegations are FALSE and she’s only trying to extort him for more money! An advisor close to Deion stated, ”Pilar has continued to make false statements in an attempt to extort additional money, in spite of the generous pre-nup that she voluntarily signed. Deion is going to allow a judge to resolve this privately, then he looks forward to setting the record straight publicly at the appropriate time.”

Sources close to Deion tell TMZ the accusations are untrue and claim that Deion recently offered her a cashier’s check for $10,000 in which Pilar rejected! According to Pilar’s lawyer, she rejected the check because Deion labeled the check as “partial payment” towards the $1 million she’s suppose to collect from their pre-nup.

Also, Pilar and her lawyer feel the pre-nup is invalid with her lawyer stating, “The offer does not reflect the assets in the estate and does not account for the time, effort, devotion, and faithfulness Pilar has invested in the marriage.”

Chuntera Napier of Cobb County says she just couldn’t say no to her son Gaquan when he asked her if he could get a tattoo in honor of his older brother who died after being hit by a car, and she had no idea that allowing him to do so was illegal.

“It made me feel good to know that he wanted his brother on him,” Napier said, adding that her family is still grieving the death of her 12-year-old son Malik, who was hit and killed two years ago by a teenage driver in nearby Macon County.

Do you think authorities went over board in arresting her? Personally I feel there are other ways to channel grief and tattooing a small child is a bit kray!

We’ve learned the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services submitted more than a dozen recommendations to the judge, including mediation … in which a 3rd party would sit with Halle and Gabriel and try to figure out how they can peacefully raise their child. We’re told Halle was receptive but Gabriel wasn’t.

And our sources say … Halle agreed to continue her individual counseling, which will help her deal with what has become an impossible situation.

As for Gabriel, he’s agreed to counseling for his anger issues.

Both parties agreed today to send 3-year-old Nahla to counseling.

We’re told the judge did not make any decision on the fate of the nanny, whom Gabriel wants fired.

And the judge hasn’t ruled on Halle’s request to keep Gabriel from Nahla until the child endangerment investigation runs its course.

Sources say Gabriel has objected to most of the recommendations and the judge is on the verge of holding a full hearing — similar to a trial — so he can firmly call the shots.

It seems to me that these to be allowing their egos to get in the way of them raising their daughter in a peaceful in environment. If they don’t get it together and start acting like adults it will affect Nahla in the long run!

According to a close source they say the former “View” co-host was devastated after her boyfriend, executive chef Herb Wilson, moved from New York to Las Vegas for work, because she fears it may signal the end of their relationship. Fox and producers Fremantle and Simon Cowell were looking to make a clean sweep, according to those individuals, and are looking for new talent to replace the two judges and the host.

Said one of those individuals: “They survived this year, but it didn’t really work. So they’ve figured they have an opportunity to fix it.

“They expected Paula to be the goofy girl, and Nicole to be the pretty one. But Paula was so bad that it made none of it work.”

A Fox spokesman confirmed the departures of Scherzinger and Jones, but could not immediately confirm Abdul’s departure.

Part of the issue, the insider said, was that Fox chose to spend its money on an elaborate set and glitzy production values for the live show. By contrast, NBC’s “The Voice” spent its budget on hiring top-shelf talent, including Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton.

Aguilera is said to be receiving upwards of $10 million per season for “The Voice.” One insider told TheWrap that Abdul was receiving only $1 million for a season of “The X Factor.”

Jones confirmed his exit on Twitter.

Scherzinger, the lead singer of The Pussycat Dolls, replaced original “X Factor” judge Cheryl Cole, who was dismissed from the show in May 2011.

The show has scored admirable ratings, but hasn’t lived up to creator Cowell’s expectations. He said last summer he hoped it would top “American Idol” as the country’s top-rated show, but it failed to climb from the roughly 12.49 million viewers who watched its September launch. Indeed, “X Factor” earned only half of his former show’s ratings in its first season, which wrapped in December.

The show stirred buzz for certain episodes — most notably the Dec. 8 live results show when teen contender Rachel Crow unexpectedly got the boot — but “X Factor” viewership fell to as few as 8.51 million.

Scherzinger was knocked for indecisiveness, especially when she refused to make a crucial ruling on which of two contenders should go home. Abdul was largely a peacemaker this go-round, and had few of the sparks she displayed with Cowell on “American Idol.” Instead, Cowell feuded with new judge L.A. Reid.

“X Factor” has averaged a 4.2/12 rating among Adults 18-49 and 12.4 million total viewers last season, close to the ratings of NBC’s new singing competition, “The Voice.”

“The Voice” returns to the airwaves on Feb. 6. “X Factor” hopes to have replacement talent locked in by April, according to the insider.

Most of the teens have been diagnosed with conversion disorder — a psychological condition that causes physical symptoms like jerky tics, convulsions and even paralysis.

Environmental activist Erin Brockovich has launched her own investigation into why these teens are suffering from the mystery illness and she believes a chemical spill near the school may have caused it.

[Erin] Brockovich suspects groundwater contamination from a chemical spill from more than 40 years ago may be behind the Tourette-like symptoms.

Twelve of the teens — all of them girls — have been diagnosed with conversion disorder in which the emotional response to a stressful situation can manifest itself as physical symptoms. Three new suspected cases are still being examined. Women are more likely to get conversion disorder than men, and teens are at a higher risk than adults. But some parents want a second opinion.
