Chris Brown is shutting down the party scene in his Calabasas’ mansion.
He’s even given strict rules to his two best friends that live with him. According to tmz, they have to submit a guest list to Chris IN WRITING, describing who the guest are with sufficient details so he can decide whether he wants them in his home.
Guests are prohibited from bringing drugs or alcohol, according to TMZ.
