Kaine is the running mate of the first female democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. Clinton will close out the Democratic National Committee tonight with her long-awaited speech. She will be introduced by her daughter Chelsea.

Kaine returns to Richmond for the campaign rally following a three-day bus tour across Pennsylvania and Ohio with Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
