(WWBT) –

Beyonce’s performance of her new song “Formation” at the Super Bowl also has many people talking. Her dancers were decked out in Black Panther style uniforms. Beyonce used the 50th anniversary of the Super Bowl to also mark the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Black Panther Party.

Some are now organizing an “Anti-Beyonce Protest Rally” at NFL headquarters in New York.

Event organizers asked “Are you offended as an American that Beyoncé pulled her race-baiting stunt at the Super Bowl?” in an attempt to get like-minding individuals to register for the protest.

“She wasn’t attacking police officers,” said Richmond radio personality Paris Nicole. “She was putting a spotlight on what has been going on in the community for the past year or two with the Black Lives Matter.”

Nicole says Beyonce’s message was simple.

“To love yourself and don’t be ashamed of anything. She talks about Jay Z’s big nose and Blu Ivy’s hair. She embraces it. Love yourself.  It’s not that deep. They are making something out of nothing.”
