According to TMZ rapper David Banner is suing Lil Wayne claiming he signed a contract with Young Money in 2008 but has never received any money in royalties for his work.

Banner claims Young Money told him back in 2012 he was owed $138,787.19 for his two songs on Tha Carter III, ‘La La’ and ‘Pussy Monster’ but since then he can’t get in touch with anybody from the label.

TMZ reports that Banner also claims Weezy did the same thing to him in 2009 with “Streets is Watching” and that he’s owed  over $15k for that track.
