According to Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports:
Rapper Rick Ross and his bodyguard were arrested Wednesday morning on kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery charges in Fayette County.
Ross, will be held at the Fayette County jail for an initial appearance and bond hearing, according to the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force.
Ross was arrested two weeks ago on a misdemeanor marijuana charge in Fayette County. He was also arrested on pot charges in Miami in 2008, in Louisiana in 2011 and in North Carolina in 2013.
