Back in April, when an unidentified shooter let off at Lil Wayne’s tour bus after an Atlanta show, the smart money was on Young Thug being somehow involved. It appears the Atlanta police were thinking the same thing and they have now arrested Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, whom TMZ reports works as a tour manager for Thug, in connection with the shooting. As you probably know, Wayne and Thug have been involved in a public back and forth over the Carter 6 title, the affections of Birdman and the open spot as the rightful heir to the Iron Throne Cash Money empire.
