Last night after a concert in Silver Springs MD Russell Wilson and Ciara were spotted at Josephine’s Lounge. The two exchanged a couple of tweets of her upcoming tour. Well ain’t that just nice. Russell had already been in the area earlier that day, he was with his younger sister enjoying the sights.
