James Mackey entered a guilty plea and was convicted of 2 counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of hazing on Thursday inside a Chesterfeild county courtroom. He was handed a 14 month active sentence with a 19 year and 10 month suspended sentence. Charles Zollicoffer was the second man to enter a guilty plea he was given 12 months behind bars thats his active sentence and a 10 years suspended sentence, after he plead guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter and one count of hazing. Eriq Benson and Cory Baytop trials were continued. The off campus organization was known as “men of honor.” Sad day all around in VSU LAND.
