Rapper Beanie Siegel was shot after having an altercation outside of his New Jersey home.
He was shot in the stomach this morning, according to NBC 10 in Philadelphia. At this time, it’s unclear was the situation was about. He was just released from prison in August after serving a two-year tax evasion sentence.
Siegel, real name Dwight Grant, was wearing an ankle monitor at the time he was shot. Another man was also injured, according to Press of Atlantic City. He refused medical treatment on the scene.
