In 2012 Toya Wright’s husband Memphitz filed a defamation of character lawsuit against K. Michelle, VH1 and Mona Scott Young for claiming on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta that he assaulted K. Michelle and stole her record advance while they were dating.
Now K. Michelle and Mona Scott Young have filed a counter suit…
According to court docs found by MediaTakeOut, K and Mona filed a counter suit last month accusing Memphitz of filing a frivolous lawsuit and for lying under oath about attacking K. Michelle.
Mona and K. Michelle want Memphitz to pay their legal bills.
