MTV To Change VMA Schedule For President Obama

In wake of President Obama’s much anticipated speech at the DNC Thursday night, MTV has decided to start their VMA show at 8p to allow peeps to see artist like Rihanna, Frank Ocean and others and still be able to see the speech at 10p.
