After a long custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, a judge awarded Usher primary custody of their two sons Usher V, age 4 and Naviyd, age 3.

The judgement ended a nasty and long custody battle in which both argued for custody and tried to depict the other as an unfit parent. Foster argued that Usher was an absentee father who was too absorbed in his career to be a good dad. She also accused him of using drugs in front of the kids. Usher argued Foster was inattentive and irresponsible.

As expected, Foster wasn’t pleased with the verdict. She called Atlanta’s Hot 107.9 and said:

“Apparently if you have millions, the judge will look over anything.”

The children will be spending the majority of the time with their father, but Foster still retains some custodial rights.
