Tony Parker, who sustained an injury to his cornea during the Chris Brown/Drake brawl is suing the club. Parker filed the lawsuit with the State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday. Parker claims the W.i.P club in downtown Manhattan was negligent in security and supervision, resulting in his injury.
