Allen Iverson CLAIMS Wife Tawanna’s DIVORCE PETITION Is Void Because They’re Still GETTING IT IN!

Allen Iverson is once again trying to stop the divorce that wife, Tawanna Iverson is requesting. He filed a motion to dismiss divorce stating that he and Tawanna have reconciled from November 2011 to February 2012. Allen states they, ” resumed their martial relationship, cohabiting, having sexual relations and holding themselves as husband and wife.”

Allen argues that Tawanna can’t claim the marriage is ” irretrievably broken,” because they are still having sexual relations.

Hmmmmm… I wonder what the judge is going to say to that.
