A 17-year-old boy in China named Zheng wanted an Apple iPad2 so bad he sold his kidney online!
Since he was low on cash, he decided he could get some quick cash by selling one of his organs…which just so happened to be his kidney. The online broker told the boy he could get 22,000 Yuan which is nearly $3,400 US dollars for his kidney.
The boy had the surgery with the permission of his parents. Once his mother found out she contacted authorities and the investigation. The broker has yet to be arrested.
