Now when I heard about this I was confused until I found out where it happened at. Some idiot in England has been told by a judge, yes a judge that he can’t have sex. But the reason why is hilarious. Apparently the man is not to bright & has a IQ of 48. I did the research & apparently that means Moderate mental retardation. So because his IQ is so low he can’t have sex with his male lover who also lives at the facility where the two reside, lol. The man testified in court that sex “make me feel happy,” but the judge still said NO & ruled that he’s not to have sex again because he doesn’t understand the health risks that comes with having sex and also ordered close supervision to ensure that he doesn’t have sex with anyone. WOW, I knew the law had a long arm but jeesh.
